History of TRC
Barn constructed in 2009 as a facility for equine assisted activities for people with disabilities. The 70×140′ barn is built of custom milled 1×12″ lumber. This solid construction and natural weathering will ensure this barn will be as long lived and beautiful as the other old neighboring barns.
“When Spirit TRC first started in 2004, we only had an outdoor area. Due to the strong spring wind in the valley, we were canceling lots of lessons. We knew for our dream to succeed, we would need to build an indoor riding facility. We decided it was time to take a chance and build this beautiful riding arena. This has greatly increased our riding season and protected our riders from the elements.”
